I Provide services for clients to manage and optimize their image on Social Networks.especially on FACEBOOK to begin, then TWITTER, LINKED IN, FOURSQUARE, FLICK'R, SCOOP.IT, and at least G+.This presence represents a major stake today for any organization, profit-seeking or not, and requires a very good expertise of the social networks. It also require a pad of consequent and contacts multi channels, hours spent to stay up the net, and to lead groups or communities. It is thus crucial to become attached to it and, so that it is assured in optimal conditions of success, to outsource it to an expert. At least, it require to be multi lingual. Encore une nouvelle petite application "made in" Facebook qui risque bien d'envahir nos timelines dans les jours à venir !

Facebook propose de réaliser, pour vous, une très courte vidéo pour remercier vos "amis" Facebook.

La simplicité de ce dispositif est très pratique et permet à tout un chacun de ce faire son petit film pour y retrouver des photos, bien évidemment où votre "ami" était tagué ou associé, des échanges de post entre nos murs, etc.. pour remercier un ami, voir un ami proche, car ici on peut choisir entre deux thèmes, l'un pour les amis classiques (les fameux "amis" Facebook, qui sont plus des copains ou relations que de vrais amis) puis un autre pour les amis proches, dont on peut en déduire que cela concerne les amis de la vie réelle ;-)

On peut également choisir les photos ou les post que l'on retrouvera dans le clip, si non l'application se charge de choisir pour vous.

One thing that unites Facebook users in Asia, Europe and America: They all love Disneyland, and want everybody to know about it. Four of the top 25 locations that were most checked-in to by Facebook users this year—excluding transportation hubs such as airports—were Disneyland Tokyo, Disneyland Hong Kong, Disneyland Paris and Disneyland California. 

Apart from Disneyland, many of the top places on Facebook’s list were predictable tourist attractions: The Blue Lagoon in Iceland, Piazza San Marco in Venice, the Sharm el-Sheikh resort in Egypt, Las Ramblas in Barcelona.

News On Facebook: How Social Media Is Changing News Consumption | COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT - CM2 | Scoop.it

Almost half of all adult Facebook users said that they “never” get news on the social network, which amounts to 30% of the adult U.S. population.

Most of those who find news on Facebook are not actively seeking it, according to the study data. Rather, some 78% said that it happened inadvertently -- they were on Facebook for another reason, and a news tidbit just happened to be featured in their newsfeed. Only 22% said they were actively looking for news on their newsfeeds.

Those who consume news on Facebook tend to be younger, the same age group that is much less likely to be engaged with news on other platforms.

The study also found that news consumption on Facebook did not replace other news-consumption activities.

I love these pompous graphics images. When you have to scroll, you know their are important. Consumer behavior has always been key. At least for the marketers.

 

Newspapers saw early social media as a threat. Now they need to be friends with monsters like Facebook. Content is king. Distribution is everything. If you are a newspaper. Probably consumer behavior (and consumtion particulary) should be on top of every newspaper agenda.

En annonçant l'extension de son outil de recherche à davantage d'utilisateurs, toujours anglophones, Facebook a rappelé qu'il avait lancé en décembre des outils pour mieux contrôler ses données personnelles.

Le réseau social Facebook a annoncé hier avoir lancé son moteur de recherche Graph Search pour tous ses utilisateurs anglophones. Il rappelle que l'outil permet d'effectuer ses requêtes sous la forme de courtes phrases comme : « Les amis qui habitent dans ma ville » ou « Les hôtels de San Francisco visités par mes amis », ou encore « La musique appréciée par les personnes qui aiment la musique que j'aime ».

J'ai noté  :

 

  • les femmes LIKE plus que les hommes; 60% contre 40%
  • plus votre cible est jeune, plus la modération est nécessaire.
  • la première raison évoquée pour la desinscription d’une page est la fréquence trop élevée des publications
