Where is the guaranteed drop in assistance for 13 year old Megan Cook in the City and State of Wilson, North Carolina per Wilson County Schools attorney 2-18-13 dated letter to Megan mother, Then Prose Rep also Dorothy Cook. As no education at all for years now is killing her and their family! Dead children dont need an education.

Yes but when there is no ingervention and the children are denied and deprived of an education in the public schools for years at a time and continuing if they are not allowed to drop into school and go without any education at all , there is no way they can be high school dropout!
