un article de plus sur le lien entre horloge biologique et vie de tous les jours. Il est indispensable de comprendre que nous ne sommes pas tous égaux face à la pression et la dette de sommeil, et à l'heure qu'il est. Le couche-tôt souffre plutôt le soir, c'est l'inverse pour le lève-tard. Attention donc à prendre en compte ces phénomènes, qui évoluent avec l'age.
