A Family Court judge has asked Lithuania to take over a care case concerning an eight week old girl.
In Suffolk County Council v DL, the girl was born in the UK but her mother is a Lithuanian national who has lived here for six years.

A father whose son was put up for adoption has been sentenced to prison for “serious breaches” of court orders.
In Suffolk County Council v H, the man’s son had been the subject of care and placement orders in August 2013.
