WHEN STUDENTS ARE DECLINED THEIR RIGHT TO ENROLL AND ATTEND NC PUBLIC SCHOOLS PER THE WCS ATTORNEY RACHEL B. HITCH  2/18/13 DATED LETTER OF REPRISAL FOR YEARS AT A TIME NOT DAYS CHILDREN AS YOUNG AS 10 YEARS OLD WITH SPECIAL NEEDS WHEN IST REQUEST WAS MADE THAT CHILD IS NOW 13 YEARS OLD IN THE 4TH  GRADE BECAUSE FOR IN THE WILSON COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT SHE HAS BEEN DENIED HER RIGHT TO AN PUBLIC SCHOOL EDUCATION EVEN AFTER A NC EDGECOMBE COUNTY JUDGE FOUND THAT THE PARENT HAD MET ALL THE SPPICABLE GUIDELINES FOR THE CHILD TO BE ENROLLED. IS IT A LIE OR NOT WHEN THE NC PUBLIC OFFICIALS AND THEIR GOVERNING BODY FOR ELECTION PURPOSES SAY ALL CHILDREN IN NC ARE BEING EDUCATED BUT THEY KNOW THERE ARE THOSE CHILDREN IN NC THAT THEY THEMSELVES DECLINE TO? ASKING!!!
