If there's one phrase that you can be guaranteed to hear in any conversation with a retail firm CEO these days it is of course omni-channel.

Fashion retailers need to be aware that Omni Channel is not a fad. Its a desire, a need and cements the customer experience.

Only offer to one channel and offer a different experience and you may as well be trying to claim that "Turn up Tartan Jeans" are the height of fashion.

So here is a question. Is it Volvo trying to appeal to the prospective car buyer to get the latest Volvo model or is it the retailer that sees this innovation as another way to get the consumer to part with their money. Personally living in a big city is a challenge and if there is anyway that when I am driving towards the grocery store the order is brought out to my car then great. No parking, little stopping!!!

After all in Moscow it would be a god send
