I scooped this article because, in education, new programs and initiatives are often introduced but the emphasis and excitement that corresponds gradually wanes. How do we keep progress towards our goals in the forefront of what we do? This article makes me believe that we must continually visit progress and report how much has been accomplished (rather than how much is left). This subtle difference appears to have significant psychological considerations regarding to perceptions.
