NB: The only goal for a meeting is “to decide and commit.” No other objective is worth meeting for. No meetings to “discuss, update, review, inform, report, present, check, dialogue, evaluate, connect, think, consider, educate.”

#6 and #7, with discipline, can dramatically change your focus and productivity. I'm hearing more often about #1 "no meeting days,' and believe the concept deserves very real consideration.
