I like this concept of using primary cells and microfuidics devices for more physiologically relevant assays. Shear stress generally plays an important role and can, in some cases, help in reducing the gap between in vitro & in vivo.

I think we almost all agree on reducing animal testings. Not only for animal care purposes, but also because this is crucial to develop more physiological in vitro solutions.
