Cops Bust Armed Robber Who Wore Barack Obama Mask During Florida McDonald's Stickup | Cash Consultant |

An armed robber who wore a Barack Obama mask during a stickup earlier this year at a Florida McDonald’s has been arrested, police reported today.

Marvin McTeare, 22, is facing armed robbery and grand theft charges in connection with the late-January incident during which a masked gunman corralled employees into a rear office and had a Riviera Beach McDonald’s manager turn over cash from a safe.

McTeare, pictured in the mug shot at left, was already sitting in the Palm Beach County jail when charged with the McDonald’s robbery. He has been in custody since early-April, when he was busted on a variety of felony charges stemming from another armed robbery...

Rapid Cash Flow Improvement

Rapid Cash Flow Improvement | Cash Consultant |

A company with a solid and relatively stable cash flow has high value in the eyes of investors, as it provides the security of a practical business model, while the company is self-financing without the need to attract more funding. In addition, a company that generates positive cash flow accumulates wealth, enabling shareholders to develop and exploit their contribution through the receipt of dividends.

If you plan to sell your business, it is advisable to start early to optimise cash flow and provide a more solid cash position in the company. This money will practically turn your pockets – as debt minus the value of the company, gathers your cash back.

So, a recommended first step is stopping any major investments that are not essential to the smooth running of the company. If a major purchase can be delayed, it is better to keep the cash instead of immobilising it. Therefore, carefully select any future investments and make an acquisition only if its delay would have a negative impact on the company or if the acquisition would result in an immediate increase in profitability.

Similarly, try to capitalize assets that are no longer useful, and those without the company can continue to work with no problems. Of course, those are primarily assets that no longer contribute to the company’s operations, and gain losses by providing maintenance and storage costs.

Further, it is important to devote time to improving cash flow to ensure the stability and continuity of business operations. Often, negative cash flow is due to management’s negligence and a few simple steps can noticeably change this situation.

4 Tips for Managing Cash Flow
Posted on January 9, 2012 by CEDIA
As the ongoing economic situation has led electronic systems contractors (ESCs) to run increasingly lean operations, cash flow strategy has proven crucial to running a sustainable business. Any small business that lacks a healthy cash flow isn’t likely to stay in business for long.

Cash flow management is the process of monitoring, analyzing and adjusting your cash flows. Smart analysis and management of cash flow can help your business weather the tough periods.

Can you answer these questions on a regular basis?

How much cash does the business have?
How much cash do I need to operate the business?
Where do I get my cash and where does my cash go?
What will be the impact on my business if I expand or invest in new assets?
