I don't know that the negatives are really negative, unless there is nothing to back them up.  Make sure if you are using the best words you add concrete statistics to show how well you have done.  Employers are always looking for achievements.

Resume space is similar to a print ad. Never waste the space with trivia.  For sure, never include an objective statement up front but do provide a summary statement.  Great tips here.

Good starting point in preparing for interview questions.  Spot on with Quality over quantity in your response.  Also, when reviewing your background to give examples of your work it is best to highlight the "most" of any type of situation.  With that, I mean, the hardest, most difficult, most challenging, the largest, etc.


Hope that helps and remember, when applying at Sprint always include a resume and fully complete the application to be considered.

Pretty good article on this topic.  I personally agree with the point that you need to have a profile on LinkedIn.com if you are in sales and that it is robust.  And like the article says, I don't care if you have a personal picture - but you should have a picture that represents you.

I really like this post and it is a quick read.  It is missing the 4th point.  Everyday Attitude!  Usually there is more than one person vying for the new title. Having a positive attitude most of the time can make a difference.  The person who comes to work happy and spreading sunshine rather than gloom will be seen as someone who can create a positive atmosphere in the office.  If you have a negative attitude and are the office "curmudgeon" , promotions probably won't happen.
