Wow! This article really got me thinking. I believe many people struggle with procrastination. It took me a long time to teach myself how to power through. With that said, I never sat down to think what I truly do when I run into those situation that would lead me to fall back into a procrastination pattern. Now that I see it written down, I can safely say, "the author is on point."

I almost agree with all six steps. The only one I have trouble with is Don't Plan, Just Do. I don't necessarily think it is a bad thing to plan your career. I believe that hav some insight into the direction, and possible deviations from the plan has helped me a great deal. Yes, it is rare that anything goes as planned, but it is nice to know there are alternatives when you have deviate from you plan.
