This article talks about commonly known resume rules that you don't necessarily need to follow starting with adding typical skills that you can do, as long as it is in the job description it is important to add. Now that lots of resumes are online, having a one page resume isn't all that important anymore, as long as you aren't writing out a novel. Also, adding borders and highlighting parts of your resume doesn't exactly make your resume stand out as much as you think.

He feels that we are losing communication skills by being so absorbed into technology.
