Who will win the cyber war ? Or who will “lose” the cyber war?...It is the same...
Definitely no one will win the cyber war now ; If we take a look to the volume of cyber attacks we will see many estimates indicated that more than 85% of governments , companies and individuals had suffered of intrusion attacks..also the policy of "caught to punish" is not enough to stop the suffering of the cyber attacks.

But for those who want to start the cyber war by advanced cyber-attacks, I think they did not evaluate the situation well and that will make the world face more successful negative attacks from the others "It is not one side game!".

To the bleak picture's view... please do not put us and yourself in the position that no one can go back or front...The cost of conducting attacks is far too cheap, and the cost being spent on cyber war is too huge and just making only 1000 loops of cyber attacks cause any government or big company too much and may need long time to solve.

Cyber defense still the solution but of course governments and companies use only cyber defense technology as tools and that is again not enough ... without methodologies nothing will be enough.. not only the tool can stop the cyber attacks , not only the technology can stop the cyber attacks ...once again "It is not one side game!".

There are a need for a new approaches like "multi layer" or "stage methodologies" and others because the recent cybersecurity model focusing on ways to stop attacks or cleaning them up quickly... Developing new models is less expensive than the cyber war.

In United States of Security I mentioned "... because the truth is that the information security is global and cannot be isolated and it is impossible to think locally in the information security from now and over. The problems, the technologies, the methodologies, the tools and everything seems to be the same everywhere .And anyone will think that he can do it himself, his progress in this field will be suspended or stopped".

It is very important that the corporation must be considered not ignored... The all bleak picture's view... should stop because the cyber war is not a game! .
