2013 was an amazing year for us. We welcomed millions (literally!) of new users, we launched Triposo 3.0 a real personal travel guide, we had amazing jamborees, we had fun with our travel belt, with the Triposo explorers and based on all the mails we got from users we helped people get most out of their trips.
So yes we are grateful - and these last days of the year are a great time to think about all the things you are grateful for. They are also great for thinking about giving back. One way for us to start giving back is by partnering with A Broader View Volunteers, an amazing non profit organization that arranges short-term international mission trips and long term volunteer projects in Central & South America, Africa and Asia. Designed with flexibility and customized attention with volunteer options in Health Care, Teaching, Orphanages, National Parks, Sea Turtles and many Outreach programs.
If you have travel plans - and we know you do! - have a look at the amazing things A Broader View Volunteers offers. It will enrich your life - and you'll help others. https://www.abroaderview.org

Back Bone has announced a face plate lens adapter for the GoPro Hero 3 camera. It looks like they have both C-Mount and Nikon mount adapters. This requires some minor surgery to the camera but should be well worth the effort. Finally we can use real glass on these puppies! Back Bone has no release date or price just yet. Here is a rip from the website. A Big THANKS! to @EricDiosay for the lead.
There may be two full-frame cameras coming next year, where the UK's Northlight Images noted speculation that the 5D Mark IV will "push towards higher specs," and a new "studio camera" will "maximize total image quality."...
It exists, but will it come to market? We have confirmed that a test camera with around 80mp is definitely in the wild. A few things to note about the camera. It’s apparently in an EOS-1 body and has a larger than 3.2″ LCD on the back.
