What was once a dirt lot is now a full, lush garden of plenty at Our Neighbor's Farm and Pantry in Safford, Arizona, thanks to the help of the University of Arizona's Cooperative Extension, part of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Located in Graham County, where more than 22 percent of the population lives in poverty, according to the U.S. Census Bureau, the pantry provides food security to those who need it the most.
