Rebekah Dawn's insight:
I absolutely love this song!! I chose this song because it is energetic, upbeat and it makes me feel good. The theme of "Oh, oh the sweetest thing" naturally relates to my topic of cake decorating because cakes are sweet. I know this song is about a women who has "a stormy kinda love" and that the writer is desperately in love with his girl. He says "I'm losing you". Obviously he doesn't want to lose her. I still think this song relates to cakes because both are sweet and you do "lose" a cake when you eat it! I wish I would have played this song at me wedding when I ate my "cake" which was really Krispy Kreme donuts! This song is for anyone who loves the "sweetest things", like love and cakes of course!
