Era uma vez um tempo em que tudo o que você precisava saber para a sua carreira foi ensinado a você pela instituição de ensino que você assistiu e da empresa que você trabalhou para. Você iria obter seu grau quatro anos de bacharel em qualquer tema e que a informação iria ficar com você por um tempo, então você levaria periodicamente algumas classes adicionais oferecidos através de sua empresa.


Hoje pelo tempo que você se formar com um grau de faculdade de quatro anos a maioria das informações que você vai aprender vai ser ultrapassada e talvez obsoleto.


O mundo mudou e cabe a nós como indivíduos (e as empresas) para se certificar de que podemos mudar também. As organizações devem permitir que os funcionários por meio da implantação das tecnologias certas para conectar pessoas e apoiando os funcionários e permitindo-lhes aprender fora da empresa. Os indivíduos devem se livrar de todas as desculpas e entender que eles podem aprender qualquer coisa que querem quando querem aprendê-la.
