Home inspections: important step in the home buying process | Buying or Selling a Home | Scoop.it

Edith Karoline Jasser's insight:

Any buyer whether first time home buyer or experienced or relocating, MUST have a home inspection. And careful it is to find major problems, not the little things (any home will with time have little items to be taken care of) so during inspection major problems will be looked for, to big to even buy the home, or

big enough to request repair or credit for major work to be done. Otherwise

the inspection is a great way for the new home owner to get to know their

home. And never hesitate to get additional inspections done, for other issues

like Radon, Mold or other that could be of concern, better to pay some in advance than have a lot of regrets later on.
