Thought-Ville: Customer Service - Lifeline of Every Business

Aderounmu Babafemi's insight:

While businesses make dedicated efforts and marketing campaigns to win new customers, it would also be a very mindful strategy to work on keeping the existing clients. One crucial strategy out of the possible few means to achieve this is by offering a remarkable experience and an impeccable quality of service to existing customers, status or buying power regardless. A satisfied client could initiate referral and bring to life a long trail of mouth to mouth marketing on your behalf and in process convert new adopters of your product or service.

Aderounmu Babafemi's insight:

Motorola Mobility in process of being acquired by Lenovo. Interesting move. Google concedes that Motorola would be better served by a Hardware superpower, Lenovo,  their huge Asian market share and growing mobile potential.

I guess Google is sticking to their core area of expertise, Innovation!! Not to forget, they bought Nest just of recent. Maybe they are taking their hardware game in another direction. Maybe they are done with the Motorola Patents. Maybe the takeover didn't yield the expected results. Only Larry Page would be better suited to answer these questions.
