This being a Scottish story in The Telegraph I naturally looked for the misinformation and distortions. But it seems this guy really does expect public subsidies for a business notorious for excess and profligacy.

I trust the First Minister will tell Shiels where to go in terms more appropriate to the terraces than the debating chamber.
