1) Scrivi come se stessi parlando nel tuo stile di sempre. Non cercare di essere diverso quando scrivi.

 

2) Tutti possono scrivere. Lascia andare la tua paura. Raccogli i pensieri e inizia a buttar giù nero su bianco. Conosci sicuramente l'argomento.

 

3) Sii molto chiaro e diretto. Scvrivi in modo semplice e lineare in modo da farti seguire dal tuo pubblico. Non sembrare sofisticato.

 

4) Sii onesto. Se vuoi persone appassionate al tuo prodotto/servizio devi dire la verità, devi ammettere qualche debolezza. Se c'è stato un problema ammettilo e dai prova di come l'hai risolto.

 

5) Crea una comunità. Se hai seguito i 4 punti precedenti, riuscirai a creare una comunità intorno alla tua azienda/prodotto/servizio. I tuoi clienti diventeranno tuoi fans.
