Which type of content your readers want the most? What should you post more on your social media sites?
Ken Morrison's comment,

I am not a huge fan of 'fill in the blanks' because I haven't seen many done that were not cheap attempts to get comments. I can see value if they are done wisely though in a way that adds value to the community.

This is a great discussion that was started by Jesse Wojdylo yesterday. It's a topic that often comes up, or has come up, since the beginning of our service time together.
Do I see Scoop.it and Paper.li as competitors? No, I see them as completitors - complimentary services in the same arena.
Great insight from power user Marty Smith on why he likes and uses both.

Scoop.it and Paper.li are both powerful infotention tools. Here's a how-to about using them together.

I don't think there is any harm in combining the two, however, I feel scoopit with its own works best for curators and Paperli for auto content publishing (very dynamic no intervention and bias) Delete the scoop?

Nobody would deny that the world has become more complex during the past decades. With digitization, the interconnectivity between people and things has jumped by leaps and bounds. Dense networks now define the technical, social, and economic landscape.

"Complexity wasn't a convenient reality given managers' desire for control." Embracing complexity is necessary for creativity and innovation to emerge. Delete the scoop?

This is a very good explanation on how important the role curation plays in improving the overall content of a website. This gives reason for staying on a website and getting bookmarked for return visits.

Curation sites are becoming hugely important in our online marketing campaigns. Additionally, often times blog posts that are nothing more than a list of currated links on a certain niche tend to do really well.

Interesting take to curate content of your competitors or curating content that offers a different editorial from your content. I do agree, it will lend to you being more of a thoughts leader without the agenda.

Excellent review of Google Panda, Penguin and "unnatural links" manual penalties from Google from Marie Haynes, including symptoms, consequences and best approaches to recover from each one. The article also cover the use of the Disavow Links tool, when and whether to file an official Google Reconsideration Request and what is the best course of action for most troublesome penalty-related situations your site may have fallen into. Highly informative. Up-to-date. 8/10 Full article: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/the-difference-between-penguin-and-an-unnatural-links-penalty-and-some-info-on-panda-too (Image credit: red card by Shutterstock) Delete the scoop?

Wow, how cool is this mashup?
I was a little worried about firing this tool at our stack so I aimed it at my blog and what a relevation. The simple stuff is always the most helpful and this is BEYOND helpful in explaining if your website has gained or lost thanks to Google's Zoo (Panda and Penguin algorithm updates).
