Robb Wolf telling you to get more sleep might sound nice in theory, but in practice, you’re riddled with demanding deadlines, pending payrolls, and inquisitive investors. Eight hours might not be realistic- but improvement always is. (But you really should give Wolf’s advice a shot- for performance’s sake.)
