This post might surprise you and will serve as a wakeup call and as a reminder to what businesses should be focusing on in today’s digital environment. Let us remember that creating and retaining customers is what has always been at the core of any business-And will never changed.

What has changed is how we need to communicate with consumers and customers. The marketing environment today is too transparent to rely on outdated practices or none at all.  If you are not making customer relationships a priority in your overall marketing strategy this article the consequences are now being compounded.
