When Pilatus Aircraft arrived in Geneva for EBACE earlier this week, the order book for its in-development PC-24 utility twinjet was empty, yet to be opened. It left the show, which closed today, with the first three years of production sold out (through the end of 2019). In all, the Swiss aircraft manufacturer took orders for 84 of its utility business jets since opening the order book on Tuesday. All PC-24 delivery positions planned between the start of deliveries in 2017 and the end of 2019 are backed by binding contracts and non-refundable deposits, Pilatus said.
