Difficult/Complaining customers are challenging because they bring to our attention deficiencies of our service or product.  Customer expectations are not always aligned with our perceptions.  When gaps exist service falls short in the eyes of the customer.

 

Be thankful for the customer that does complain, rather than just leave, providing us the chance to improve our service and business.  Remember that for the one customer that does complain, there are many customers that had similar experiences but either never said anything, or just left your business for good.
