The agreement is a legal written document between two or more parties or persons about their mutual benefits and responsibilities. The employment agreement is a legal communication tool between an employee and employer. The employment agreement may found between employee and employer or an employee organization and companies management. The Employment agreement may have so many kinds and categories but mostly base on the employment nature. A employee agrees in employment agreement under certain circumstances he/she will do his/her work at time and fulfill all tasks faithfully with his/her maximum abilities and skills. Job title, Pay, vocations plans, working hours, health benefits, Insurance if included and Company’s law and regulations are clearly mentioned in an Employment agreement.
The employee will not answerable for anything which is not mention in the Employment agreementor outside of agreement & general accepted principles. An employment agreement conduct at either contractual basis or permanent basis. With the help of an agreement; employer can not end up this relationship without any notice. He/she must have to follow the procedure written in agreement to do so. Thus it provides job security to employee. But at the same, if employee wishes to quit the job, he/she must have to follow terms and conditions which he/she signed before entering into this contract. Now, we cannot assure any job offer from employer which comes without an agreement.
