John Fox, writing in the Huffington Post online magazine, raised the question of whether it's possible to master content marketing. His claim is that it's hard to do this without some planning like an editorial calendar.

His success in content marketing appears to have come from a challenge of writing 99 questions about his niche. He then turned that into a book. From there he had plenty of content.

Lessons learned: Have a calendar of blog posts (I actually calendar not only my blog posts but all my social media postings), and write a book as the basis for yoru content.

Here's my take-away: Do you have a list of 99 questions that can be answered about your expertise or niche?
