Tina Meier, whose teenage daughter committed suicide after she was repeatedly bullied online, believes bullies thrive when their victims stay silent.
"You have to tell someone," Meier said Tuesday at the Peoria Civic Center, where students from six elementary schools in the Tri-County Area attended an anti-bullying rally.
