Yes this is very hard to do. I just say bulk and gain that muscle, plus the fat that you will gain along with it. Once you have a decent amount of muscle mass and you wish to cut, i recommend giving intermittent fasting a try. Most people get lean a lot quicker with intermittent fasting as apposed to ordinary dieting. But sometimes people say it makes them feel very weak and just plain bad. So it isn't for everyone, but give it a try, it might be for you. There are also studys on intermittent fasting that say there are multiple health benefits that come from it.

Just get yourself to the gym. Get your appropriate macros according to your body weight in for the day, you must get your carbs, fats, water, and most importantly protein. Create a lifting split for the week, like Monday - Chest and arm day, Tues - Leg day, and so on. After you do all this, you are set to continue gaining muscle.
