Rather than making a blanket (and provocative) statement like 'MBAs are irrelevant' or 'lean startups are not the holy grail either', let's acknowledge that we are ALL facing a hyper-competitive and globally-connected workplace, which calls for a new set of business skills that all of us will benefit from acquiring.
