The article offers information on the inquiry approach in the process of learning. It presents a definition of inquiry which says that it is a learning approach where students seek and adapt various sources of information and ideas. It shows a comparison between knowing inquiry and doing inquiry. It also suggests that nudging toward inquiry is the first step given to librarians to develop a standard of learning for students.
