This talks about how physical therapy isn't just for when you get hurt, but for showing you great technique and preventing injuries. Its also for helping people work on parts of your body that are unbalanced and show weakness when pressure is put on it. I think that working on peoples balance and just working with people before they get injured is a great benefit to athletes everywhere. Physical therapy prevents injuries from happening and everyone should know that.

"We are a generation of student athletes," said Chris Titcomb, a physical therapist at Hopkinton Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine.

This article talks about young athletes getting injuried because of basically they play a certain one sport for a long time. Playing this sport overtime wears down the certain areas that you use most in that sport. When kids get injured they tend to what to try to get back as soon as possible which leads to overusage of the injury, which can lead to long term effects. Physical trainers are saying that kids should focus on limiting sports and stretching and just being more cautious about playing one sport year round.
