Preventions

Some preventions include maintaining hygeniac personal behaviours, antibiotics. If the infection becomes serious, it can result in permanant damage to the kidney's and possible kidney failure. Also, when you feel the need to use the bathroom, don't hold it. Drink lots of fluids a day, and if severe you need to go to the hospital.

Interesting Facts

This infection affects women more than men because the urethra rubs together which speards the infection.

Some food alergies can trigger the bladder pain.

Cystitis

The infection is just like it sounds. The bladder has a bacterial or viral infection. It is caused by an abnormal growth of bacteria inside the bladder. This infection is the most common to affect humans. There is a simple and complicated bladder infection. Simple infection develops when bacteria migrates into the bladder. Complicated is when they affect people with an abnormal urinary system that makes the infections more difficult to treat.

Symptoms

The bladder infection causes irritation and swelling to the bladder and urethra. Some symptoms of Cystitis include painful burning sensation during urination, a need to urinate frequently even if no urine is present, and bloody or brown urine. You might have chills, fever, nausea, and maybe even vomiting.
