China is becoming a "hard" liner  in  searching and arresting  voices that  advocate for "civil liberties".

 

Shouldn't we  be concerned that  totalitarian  individuals, groups or nations should regulate "free speech"?

 

The issue of recovery, healing and resiliency  from instances of cyber abuse  through neglect and deprivation of digital literacy deserves those voices to be heard.

An Online  Teacher's  (Invisible  Friend) is an Acceptable Use Policy or AUP.  One can view an Acceptable Use Policy, https://www.instantsecuritypolicy.com/engine/main.cgi .

In a  School District that includes Online Classroom Instruction, Teachers usually  are aware  of Cyber Bullying. An in-place  AUP is often a part of any School District's Policy ad is an Online Teacher's Invisible friend in the Online Classroom .
