For my own consumer behaviour, I will start with the brand that I trust and have good reputation. Strong brand can provide consumer loyalty and competitive advantage when enter into new market segment or new product, as a result increase organization market share and increase organization profit.

Catrina Yang: Company should pay a lot of attention on brand building because brand is a symbol of company's product and service. I agree with you about the benefits you talk about if the company have a strong brand. A strong brand can increase company's market value and consumer's trust.

Today business environment is high competition, many company offer the same product and service, in order to make you different form other brand, company should understand the consumer actual need and want, provide an experience that they really want rather than what service you can provide. Also a good brand logo helps you get the first impression last longer and get more attention such as apple have an apple as they logo.

This article draws upon the idea of how important it is to provide customers with an experience rather than just a service or way to purchasing a product. I truly believe businesses can benefit by creating the right experience for their target market. If a customer has a positive experience or generates positive feelings towards a business or service is if they are more likely to leave satisfied. This can lead to word of mouth recommendations which can create a higher following.
