The artical above presents brand equity, I aggre with how brand equity is improtant for a comany. the concept of Brand equity has been debated both in the accounting and marketing literatures.It is like a knowledge or behavour on the part of cusumers just like what the brand is worth to a customer. Brands are one of the most valuable assets a company has,as brand equity is one of the factors which can increase the financial value of a brand to the brand owner, although not the only one.Brand equity is created through straetgic investment  in communication or market education. Generally, those strategic investment apprirate over time to deliver return investment. Mainly, the purpose of brand equity is to measure the value of a brand

I am agree with the brands are one of the most valuable assets a company has. Brand equity is associated with the brand name and logo, can increase or decrease the value of firms that sell products or provide services and customer value in a series of brand assets and liabilities. Enhance the self-worth brand at the same time to promote value of the product.

Brand value shows what the brand is worth to management and shareholders and Brand value shows what the brand is worth to a customer. I agree with the point of view of this article. As the article states, measuring brand value will not make a brand more valuable or less risky. For a business, it is also very important to quantify and manage brand equity to articulating value to shareholders and indeed to people making buying decisions.

Brand equity is the intangible value of a particular company or product based on consumer perception. A strong brand equity can help people know it well and have a positive thought about it. It can increase the value of the brand by providing better product and service to customers.

interesting topic, I have never thought about that before I read this article. A person who has strong personal brand also can handle with the matter of how to promote bussiness brand must have higher IQ and EQ. It sounds like a great rock star in a band, even other member of the band leaves or dies, she or he can be still the most popular star.

This is an informative article. It is conceptual metaphor the relations between personal brand and company brand and the importance of personal brand. I am agreeing with both opinion of Zhaowei and Liwei. Especially the metaphor of the strong personal brand that is Liwei used.

This is a novelty idea. Personal brand is the brand of yourself. You need to create your personal brand to keep your value up. Building your own personal brand can help both you and your company. Even if you are not working for that company anymore, you can seek another job quickly because of your strong personal brand.

yes, I agree with above statement. Brandloyaltyis the corporate version of going steady, but the breakup is inevitable—and coming fast. Brand loyalty does exsits, when customer have have a high relative attitude toward the brand which is then exhibited through repurchase behavior. According to the artical, keeping good relationshiop with customer is very improtant , it not only can help business built fast, but also can retain customers."The social media has promoted a platform where customers can interact among themselves on products and services, experiences with brands" frrom this statement, we can see how imprtant the brand loyalty can influnce to outside. In the artical , it also presents that how HCM help brand loyalty. I also agree with those points suggested , as a any product a company sold must have a customer gurantee or customer feedback. Therefore, customers feel that they purchase with a guarentee, they do not wrooy about product's quality, if they have any questions, they can just come. For a long term prospective, a company will have built a good business .
