This article is true as kids need to learn from their mistakes and experience it without too much influence from parents.

This article is interesting because cotton wool kids have come about just after my generation. I was always out there climbing trees and falling down. These experiences taught me from a young age to get back up and keep trying. Kids these day that are wrapped in cotton wool aren't going to learn to learn to keep trying.
