It’s All About Finding Your Lane and Staying In It!

I finally found my lane. That s when my life changed. For a million years (at least it s felt that way)... I trumped around doing all kinds of things that I knew a little bit about. I know, it sounds a little strange but let me explain. I m one of those people who has learned a lot of things. Nothing deep and heavy, but I ve dabbled in more arenas than I care to expose. I m not a great singer, but I always find myself in a position of singing, not because I m that good but because there s always a need that I m able to fill. (I can give you some mean background harmonies !) I m not a true musician but my dad was a piano teacher who taught me how to read music as a child. I learned my scales, notes, and most chords. So because there always seems to be a need for someone to play in churches, I find myself filling up the hole again. Not as one of those virtuoso musicians, but someone who can play enough notes for people to sing by. But in these situations, I hadn t found my lane. I don t

Why Do You Need a Marketing Coach or is it Just a Fad?

Do you really need a marketing coach, or is it just all the rage right now? That s a very good question that I hear quite often these days. Everyone and their cousin seems to be somewhere in the marketing coach arena right now. But, I suppose it s not a bad thing. I say that because I see so many people these days who are aspiring to become successful entrepreneurs who are doing everything wrong. This is not a bash or a bad-mouth article about them. It s just a fact. People who don t know how to market should get the help of a marketing coach, or at least someone who does understand how to market properly. How do I know people are trying to sell their wares all wrong? Because I hear from them every day. They spam my FaceBook wall They spam my email They spam my phone Well, at least they did before I started putting blocks everywhere. Now, I know. A lot of those who work as a marketing coach would call me crazy for not reverse marketing all of those pushy spammers. I understand how all

When you service your clients after a problem occurs, what s their takeaway? You work hard to get people to do business with you. You spend money on marketing, you spend time building a list, you develop products and services to attract good people. But in this world of internet marketing, so much goes untouched.
