I'm a start up and i think content marketing is King. People actual now are more interested on what you have to offer as person. Yo product follows.

I agree  if a startup doesn't use content to talk to their future unknown customers they loss the opportunity to connect on multiple touch points including social media.

Content also gives the potential buyers a spot to ask questions (comment) which in turn can help a startup improve their products and their message.

Samuel Pavin's curator insight, September 25, 2013 4:47 AM

That is also one of the greatest opportunities for startups to get noticed and expand worldwide even with little resources.

Social allows to market to the whole world ... .

LAUNCH DAY - CureCancerStore.org Goes LIVE (one down, one to go)

LAUNCH DAY - CureCancerStore.org Goes LIVE (one down, one to go) | Blogging | Scoop.it

Declaring Victory & Douibling Down
Today was LAUNCH Day. Dragons were fought (and some are still breathing fire), but one of our 2 "New Idea" Cure Cancer Websites launched:

CureCancerStore.org - shopt to cure cancer.
http://www.curecancerstore.org

Our other BIG IDEA CureCancerStarter.org (crowdfunding cancer research) looks like a Wednesday launch (fingers crossed and knocking on table as I write that).

Tar Heel Traveler Segment Tuesday Night
WRAL, our excelent CBS affiliate is running a sgement on a crazy man willing to sell his house and pocession to help cure cancer (that would be me :). tomorrow night. Scotty Mason, The Tar Hell Traveler may be the best visual storyteller I know so can't wait to see how he explains all of this (lol).

Haven't slept much in the last three days, so going to head home, write a Cure Cancer Buzz Team Brief (http://storyofcancer.org/cure-cancer-buzz-team/ ) and go to sleep.

THANKS to everyone who made this day possible. I will thank you better tomorrow when I have some more gas :). Marty
