Definitely agree, exposure is the first step. No one can have influence without first exposure, but exposure alone won't get anyone anywhere.

@MarrilDeFiddes we make a strong effort to do both... Brand awareness mostly our first year and now we are focusing on material 'worth' downloading in exchange for lead's email as well as developing some online products... Locally, I focus on referrals from current or previous clients for lead generation... It's all a slow process!
