This article doesn't really make much sense to me. If the US is trying to get their point across about banning guns and the whole situation going on with that, why would they give a bunch of drug dealers, people with motive to harm others, guns? That's just stupid.
Lexington Herald Leader State law has local agencies reviewing gun-ban policies Lexington Herald Leader State and local governments are generally prohibited from regulating the open carry of deadly weapons.
Erika Mathias's insight:
Places have been posting signs saying they ban weapons and such into their businesses but some people have been taken offense to that, of course, and state law and local agencies are looking into it to see if stores can actually do that.

"I need a policeman. I'm with a Girl Scout booth at Citrus Tower Blockbuster. We were just robbed," Baker said in a 911 call.
In the background of the call, the girls can be heard crying...
Okay, this article is just crazy. Who would steal money from Girl Scouts? That's pathetic. Rob a bank or something. Those girls are probably going to be terrified of being robbed for the rest of their lives. I hope that person feels terrible.
I feel like adding more cameras are a good idea. Also, just because they work for the government, doesn't mean they can just break the law. That's kind of shallow if you ask me. If they can punish people for running red lights, they shouldn't get any special freedom for it.

Government to simplify process of setting up Free Schools (The Government's plan to simplify the process of setting up Free Schools - what are your thoughts?
Erika Mathias's insight:
I think that this article is a good idea. If more people are in need of free schooling, it should be a simple process to become enrolled. I believe everyone should be educated to a certain point, even for free. Just because you can't afford a high education doesn't mean you shouldn't have any schooling. Education is important to everyone, without it there is more of a chance of crime, poverty, and people who just don't know what to do with life.
