Richard Byrne recommends this free guide to Evernote.  People who use Evernote often talk about its virtues with such enthusiasm that they sound as if they'd joined a cult, but many of these people are academics who I respect, so it's worth a look!  Evernote is primarily a note-taking application that can be installed on all of your devices.  You can create collections of notes--and clips of websites--that can be shared with your students.  Students can use it, too, to organize notes and resources they find for projects.
