Club JJ's was hoping last night with some excellent music. That was the most people that had been up there since Rumba Room. The music was everything from blues to rock and roll, and they had a guest harmonica player that really belted out some wicked blues. Happy birthday, Barefoot Skinny. In related news JJ's has live music most days of the week, and the best hot wings in town.

Yoga classes are now being offered 3 days a week in Cayo. Sera has expanded her schedule. Classes are still every Tuesday at 9:00am at the Soul Project. The new classes are Mondays at 6:00pm and Thursdays at 9:00am at JJ's. "So very excited to start the new schedule and try out our new location next week!!"

The Cornerstone Foundation is having their 80's Splash Down tomorrow night at JJ's. They'll have great music, strong drinks, a raffle, and a silent auction. It's their Christmas fundraiser, and the proceeds will go towards their feeding program. Thanks, Cornerstone!

Feelgood news of the day. The Cornerstone Foundation has a new volunteer, and she came up with some great ideas for lunchtime activities: jewelry making. Thanks, Cornerstone, for making the community a better and brighter place.

The Dance the Night Away fundraiser for Mr. Rolando Torres, will be on Friday, February 28th, at JJ's Bar and Grill. All profits will go towards Mr. Torres' medical expenses. "Dance The Night Away : Support A Worthy Cause. With DJ Lance ( From Belmopan)

The Cornerstone Foundation participated in the 16 Days of Activism events in Cayo over the weekend. They were at the Cayo Welcome Center and at Columbus park for the candlelight vigil. Thanks, Cornerstone!

Everyone's heading back to school, and that's a reason to party. Hands for Life is having their Back to School party at JJ's(formerly Cappello's), tomorrow night. There will be great music, give-aways, and free jello shots. Have fun and support a great cause.
