This significant rise has been caused by the average student age which is dropping at Business School Campuses and the accessibility for younger students to these kinds of programmes.

Are MBA students really more arrogant or are they just adapting to the changes within business?

 

Students need to be more confronted with their behavior in different kind of situations. We agree with the idea that Business Schools should help them to self-reflect and to analyze how they could improve their behavior. Self-reflection is one of the most important aspects allowing people to progress in their job and to improve their management skills.
