Plus de 5 700 personnes ont répondu à la consultation publique sur le projet d’arrêtés ministériels autorisant l’abattage de 36 loups. Cette mobilisation est exceptionnelle pour une consultation, et très majoritairement opposée au projet. Alors que la population de loups est en baisse dans notre pays, le gouvernement doit tenir compte de la volonté des Français et arrêter de céder à la pression des lobbies agricoles et cynégétiques.

Le mal-logement touche particulièrement les zones rurales et péri-urbaines.

Le dossier du mal-logement se rappelle à François Hollande. Le chef de l'Etat a reçu hier une délégation de la Fondation Abbé Pierre. Et c'est une situation d'une brutalité inédite que ses dirigeants lui ont décrite. Plus de 10 millions de personnes sont touchées par la crise du logement et 3,6 millions subissent le mal-logement, selon le 18e rapport annuel de la Fondation rendu public ce matin. Des cabanes aux squats, en passant par le camping à l'année, « l'exclusion du logement est devenue un phénomène massif qui touche au moins 700.000 personnes », y indiquent ses auteurs.

Du fait de la hausse continue du chômage l'an dernier et d'une précarité croissante, les relais d'intervention d'urgence (centres communaux d'action sociale, associations) sont submergés par les appels au secours. Avec 150.000 sans-abri, le scénario du pire, celui du non-logement, sévit toujours. « L'accueil inconditionnel n'est toujours pas effectif en 2012, malgré l'objectif affiché de la loi », déplore Christophe Robert, délégué général adjoint de la Fondation.

Selon lui, « le bouclier de la protection sociale n'est plus calibré pour répondre au problème d'exclusion ». Les ordres d'expulsion grimpent en flèche : près de 119.000 décisions de justice ont été prononcées l'an dernier, soit 3.000 plus qu'en 2011. Et alors que les revenus au mieux stagnent, les dépenses de logement explosent dans les budgets des ménages. Entre 2000 et 2010, les loyers ont augmenté de 47 % dans le parc privé et de 29 % dans le parc social, rappelle le rapport. Conséquence, le nombre d'impayés s'envole et le financement des dispositifs de soutien, comme le Fonds de solidarité logement (FSL), est de plus en plus sous tension

Pour autant, les situations les plus problématiques ne se retrouvent pas dans les villes où se loger coûte le plus cher. A Paris, seulement 5 % des ménages ont des difficultés à s'acquitter de leur loyer ou à honorer leurs traites, alors qu'ils sont 27 % dans les grandes villes bon marché. « A Paris, la centrifugeuse a marché », résume Patrick Doutreligne, délégué général de la Fondation. En clair, les populations modestes ont fui la capitale pour sa périphérie.

Sustainability has been now promoted globally and many organisation, such as Starbucks, has adopt it into their business. Although adopting sustainability can bring advantage to the environment and also can build up a positive image for the company, it cost the company to pay extra in order to operate with sustainability. As business target of most companies is to make a highest profit, requiring them to pay more on their process may make it less attractive for company to join into operating with sustainability. Also, there is another difficulties for the company to operate with sustainability which is that even they identify the problem that is causing population to the environment, it is hard to decide how much they should do and what they can do to improve or to solve it. Though, there is clear and strong evidence company adopt sustainability would be better off in their business. Therefore, globalisation of sustainability would bring benefit  for both the environment and the business.
