Shampoo your hair properly and rinse your hair using the solution. Leave it undisturbed for a few minutes and then rinse again using cold water. The mildly acidic nature of apple cider vinegar helps in maintaining the hair’s pH balance. It also detangles the hair follicles and seals the hair cuticles. Mash one avocado and mix it with two tablespoons of yogurt till you get a creamy paste. Apply this paste to your hair and leave it undisturbed for about an hour. Rinse with water and then shampoo as usual. Vitamin E is a key nutrient in avocados. 

It helps in maintaining the integrity of cell membranes of the hair follicles, thereby keeping the hair strong. A hot oil massage can rid you off your curl dilemma, what else can you ask for! You can use olive or almond or coconut oil for a hot oil massage. Warm the chosen oil in a microwave for two to four minutes. After ensuring the oil is comfortably hot, apply it to your hair and scalp and gently massage. Now put on a shower cap, and then wrap your head in a hot towel. Leave it undisturbed for an hour and then shampoo your hair as usual. A good oil massage to the hair scalp will increase the blood flow to the hair follicles and condition the scalp. This will ultimately enhance the strength of the hair roots. The hibiscus flower is one of the most effective natural remedies for curly hair. So if you are looking forward to set your curls right, get a hold on a bunch of these flowers! Take four hibiscus flowers and a few leaves and grind them with a little water. Apply it to your hair and leave it undisturbed for about 20 minutes. 

Rinse your hair with lukewarm water and shampoo your hair the next day. Hibiscus is generally used to enhance hair growth. Normally maximum of us hate summer. The hot sultry climate make us sweat, look bad and tired. We get tired easily due to humidity, scorching sun. None of us wants to step out of our home until we are bound to do so. However everyone is not so lucky to relax at home. People have to do jobs at the height of heat, neglecting their own well-being. Especially, the female workers who have to look after home, office and simultaneously look good to feel good. Keeping all these in mind discover is going to recommend great tips for a skin-friendly summer. So ladies simply love summer and fall in love with it.

 

Let’s have a clear in sight to these fantastic tips for your whole body.

Screen the Sun- Always protect your skin from solar radiation with a sun screen or sun block. Zero in on a sun screen that best meets your requirements and contains sun protection factor or SPF 30. Apply it twenty to thirty minutes before stepping out in the sun and even when you stay indoors.

 

Follow the routine- Pay special attention to summer skin care with regular cleansing, toning and moisturizing. Use a purifying cleanser followed by a purifying nourisher and then a purifying spot corrector, twice a day, for best results.

 

Exfoliate regularly- Exfoliants remove old, dry dead skin cells, toxins and other deposits and allow new skin cells to surface. Rub a slice of lemon with sugar every alternate day to keep your skin clean and tan free.

Use gentle shampoo- Do consider switching to a gentle shampoo and a deep conditioner to replenish the loss of moisture in summer. Massage your hair with a mixture of Castor, coconut and olive oil regularly to keep your hair nourished.

 

Eat healthy- To keep your skin hydrated, drink plenty of fluids and include fresh fruits and green vegetables in your diet. They are highly nutritious with an abundant supply of fibre, vitamins, anti-oxidants and minerals.

Have happy feet- Use a sun screen on your feet during the day and a lightweight moisturizer at night. Also, use a foot powder to soak up excessive moisture; go for a pedicure once a week and trim your toenails to avoid dirt from accumulating under the nails.

 

Stay active-Try to work out during the cooler parts of the day. You can split your workout into two parts to avoid overexertion. If you’re set on getting a thirty minute workout, move with less intensity or do it in intervals.
