E-mail is like a drug, once addicted it is very hard to start your day without the initial fix, and business owners are no different to anyone else when it comes to satisfying this nasty habit.
If you are like most people, the minute you switch on for a new business day, the first thing you will do is loose yourself in whatever distractions are contained in your e-mail inbox, and the last thing you will do is think about the negative impact this may be having on your productivity.

In an increasingly complex world we need to change our education system. Frey suggests the use of micro-credits as a method of credentialising. I agree we need to change but I'm not sure that this approach will just create another layer of bureaucracy. This comment will start the debate:
“Who is going to jump first into granting a degree that doesn’t have the seat time requirement that we do today that employers will see as credible? Where does the credibility come from?” – Bill Gates at the World Economic Forum 2013 in Davos, Switzerland
