Some of the signs of lung cancer are shortness of breath, coughing up blood, constant chest pains and swollen neck and face. Although there's more than just those I've found that these are the most common amongst people.

If you quit smoking then you'll stop all the toxins from cigarette smoke from getting into your lungs. This will help lower the chances of you developing lung cancer. By eating a healthy diet with a lot of fruits and vegetables then your body will have an easier time repairing damaged cells. Radon is a dangerous result of broken down uranium. In a largely expanding world like ours there's bound to be some trouble with infrastructure; there is and it's called radon. Houses have found to being built on natural uranium and radon deposits. By staying clear of dangerous fumes found in most industrial workplaces then you're lowering your chances of getting cancer dramatically. Secondhand smoking increases a non-smoker's chances of lung cancer by two to three fold! Try your best to stay away from that.
